ABOUT US

The Melior Futuri Agency arose from the growing need for a quality workforce in the Republic of Croatia. Employers face a shortage of skilled and quality workers while at the same time there are people around the world looking for quality and secure employment outside their borders.

Their reasons are most often higher incomes and better working conditions. The situation in which our employers are looking for employees, and many outside our borders are looking for employment has prompted us to be the missing link, i.e. those that will allow the wishes of both parties to be fulfilled.

The desire and goal of the Melior Futuri agency is to be realized through honest and quality service as a mediator in achieving business goals between employers and new employees. To achieve this, we strive to be as good as possible in selecting, understanding and evaluating the wishes, needs and capabilities of both parties, employers and employees.

We are aware of our responsibilities in working with human resources and that is why we approach the selection and recommendation process as conscientiously and thoroughly as we would like them to treat us when they need such a service.
